Built in to a design by the owner and given to a qualified architect who 
produced detailed plans, obtained building permission from the authorities,
assisted in selecting a builder and supervised the initial construction.
The land, (1 rai & 67dw) was bought 3 years prior to the building of the house
in a semi rural area to the NW of Chiang Mai approximately 5 kms from the city
centre. As Chiang Mai has developed and expanded this area has now become

road, which gives easy access either to the city or to bypass city traffic
congestion to rural areas. The 700 year Asian games sport stadium is less than
